Meri eats chapstick. It's a really bad habit that I would love to break her of, but quite honestly, I'm not making any progress. I have to hide it all on high shelves. Sometimes I slip up and it's like she has this special radar - she knows instantly. Anyway, yesterday Cooper caught her in the very act. He called her name and asked her to give it to him. She, of course, turned and ran. By the time he finished what he was doing, she was nowhere to be found. Eventually, this is where he found her, quietly enjoying my chapstick:Clever Girl.

Thanks for the chuckle!
chapstick? That is a unique flavor that only the finest pallet's can appreciate. And, what a smooth hider...I'm not sure I would have thought to look for just feet. :D
She is a clever girl! Erica loves chapstick, but has never actually eaten it. She just threatens too...she'll look up and say "nummy?" and wait for me to say no. I LOVE the picture of her little legs in the closet. What a fun story.
so funny, those little feet are killing me! you know how I love little feet, especially when they are hiding so well :)
My kids eat chapstick too. And playdough, and boogers, and dirt. At least she is resourceful!
I didn't think I would meet another that enjoyed chapstick as Claire does! Too funny that they learn so fast to fun and hide to enjoy their little addictions!
